Oh lord I used to get cravings for chocolate but then I became Lactose Intolerant and got cravings for salt…FML.
As for sleeping on your back…I double pad. You put one pad in the place you normally would in your panties and then put the other one right behind it (slightly overlapping) so that it covers the entire back side of your panties. This might not work with extra heavy flow but it seems to work just fine for heavy.
And birth control PRAISE OIDIN it’s amazing. Lighter periods, less cramps, and it clears the skin up a bit. But the cravings will never go away *cries*
oh yeah…and fuck anyone who says that having a period isn’t so bad. Just remember boys, we girls know how to wash blood out of clothing so take that as you will.And my God, it can take years for your periods to regulate. I missed my period twice then my next period lasted SIX FUCKING WEEKS.
